Nose: Vanilla, Red Fruits and very light Oak
Palette: Bold flavours of blackberry with hints of Smokey Vanilla and well balanced Tannins
The grapes were hand harvested in October 2016 and the juice fermented in stainless Steel vats before the aging in oak barrels.
A perfect accompaniment with Lamb, Fish, a Pasta dish, Cheese or on its own.
